1. Acceptance of Terms

This document sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the access, browsing, registration, use, and contracting of tourism services through the website www.andeansummittravel.com (hereinafter referred to as the “digital channel”), owned by ANDEAN SUMMIT TRAVEL. By using this digital channel, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

3. Available Services

Through the digital channel, the user may:

  • Consult, book, and contract tour packages, activities, excursions, lodging, transportation, travel insurance, and other complementary services.

  • Check availability and updated prices.

  • Access informational and promotional content.

  • Contact the agency for inquiries or personalized assistance.

  • Make online payments through authorized methods.

4. User Registration and Responsibility

To contract certain services, the user must register by providing truthful, complete, and updated information. The user is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

  • Not sharing their password.

  • Using their account solely for lawful and personal purposes.

  • Immediately reporting any unauthorized use of their account.

5. Prices, Payments, and Invoicing

  • All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes (such as VAT).

  • The booking system will clearly indicate whether prices include additional services (such as entrance tickets, meals, guides, or transfers).

  • Reservations will only be confirmed after full or partial payment, depending on the package conditions.

  • An electronic receipt or invoice will be issued according to the user’s request.

6. Cancellation, Changes, and Refund Policy

By the customer:

  • Up to 15 days before the start of the trip: 90% refund of the total amount.

  • Between 14 and 7 days before the start of the trip: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before the start of the trip: No refund.

Date or holder changes:
Requests must be made up to 7 days before the service, subject to availability and possible additional charges.

Non-refundable services:
No refunds will be granted for airline tickets, Machu Picchu tickets, Inca Trail permits, train tickets, or services from third parties that explicitly state “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.

Cancellations due to force majeure:
In the event of natural disasters, social instability, road closures, or health emergencies, the following options will be offered:

  • Rescheduling the service without penalty, or

  • Issuance of a credit note for the paid amount, or

  • Partial refund, depending on the expenses already incurred.

Cancellation by the agency:
If the service is canceled due to internal causes, the agency will offer the customer either a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks, videos, graphics, etc.) is protected by copyright and is the property of ANDEAN SUMMIT TRAVEL or its respective licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any content without express permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Personal Data Protection

9. Use of Cookies

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Cusco.
